Services
Starting is simple. Once we have your authorisation, we will define your needs and pay-run schedule. Your employees' data will be securely input, and we'll process your payroll in compliance with statutory obligations.
Prices 2023/24
For weekly or monthly run payrolls, we charge a basic fee of £15 plus £1.80 per employee. Extra services, such as preparation of P11D benefits-in-kind forms, are charged as required. Please contact us for these prices.
PENSIONS: We can help upload and submit data to your staff pension scheme, but the scheme itself will need to be registered and updated by you.
About us
ESB Payroll is owned by Edith (Didi) Black, a seasoned payroll manager based in the Regency spa town of Cheltenham, from where she provides payroll services for organisations across the UK.
After starting out in administrative and accountancy roles within a broad field of businesses, Didi transitioned into company payroll processing in the early 'noughties'.
Moving into outsourced payrolls in 2012, she quickly adapted to the ever-changing landscape of the industry, efficiently navigating new HMRC challenges such RTI (Real Time Information) and Pensions Auto Enrolment, which brought with them extra admin and tighter deadlines.
With HMRC switching to the digital age, Didi has adeptly embraced changes in the system to ensure the payroll process is seamless and compliant.
